These terms apply to your use of Email QA Checker (the “service”), operated by Plinio Tejeda. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service is provided as is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Results are guidance, not guarantees

• QA results are automated guidance based on known risks. They may miss problems or flag things that are fine for your audience.
• We can't guarantee how your email will render in any particular email client or device.
• We don't guarantee deliverability or inbox placement.
• You remain responsible for testing your emails, including sending test messages, before sending them to recipients, and for complying with the laws that apply to your email.

3. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, and we don't guarantee that it will be available or error-free.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, including sending spam or phishing;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• submit feedback or waitlist entries that are automated, abusive or misleading;
• scrape or resell the service without permission.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the email code you check. Checks run in your browser and we don't claim any rights to your content. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its results.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
